47. Late Afternoon Kite Flying Bank Street Beach, Bank Street, Harwichport
You can fly a kite on just about any beach on Cape Cod and Islands. Bank Street Beach in Harwich is a great kite-flying beach. After 5pm you can park for free. Late afternoon is the best time to fly a kite the beach is less crowded and it’s slightly cooler. What better way to tire out the kids before bedtime?
