51. Cape Cod Museum of Natural History Trails 6A Brewster (508) 896-3867
This is one of our personal favorites. There is a fee for admission into the museum but behind the museum there are trails open to the public. The John Wing Trail is slightly over a mile long. The trail crosses a salt marsh and goes through woodlands and ends up at Cape Cod Bay. Wear a bathing suit, walking shoes and pack drinking water, sunscreen, and towel. Kettle ponds, alive with crabs, form at low tide and the kids will have a blast. www.ccmnh.org
