This 25acre parcel of conservation land has a half-mile long trail leading to Cape Cod Bay and a large beach. Check the tide charts to find out when the tide is out. If you plan to walk out far just keep in mind the tide comes in very fast. Located behind Brewster Historical Society Museum.
